Account Supervisor

Role:
 
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Supervisor with extensive production knowledge across all channels, to join our team. This person will work closely with the entire integrated team of planners, creatives, producers, BA, external agency partners, and clients to lead multiple 360 campaigns (including but not limited to: Broadcast, Digital, Social, Radio, and Design).
 
This role is for someone who is self-sufficient and requires little oversight. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial-minded will be able to quickly learn, manage and help find ways to improve our client’s processes and business. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead simultaneous projects and workstreams across integrated media for client campaigns. This includes developing & supervising project timelines & budgets in conjunction with department leads, facilitating the timely flow of information between departments, proactively anticipating and managing client needs and implications on the business, and overseeing internal and external teams. 
  • Establish, manage, and maintain solid relationship with clients through frequent communication and clear expectation-setting. 
  • Represent DLA as the lead agency in the IAT (integrated agency team) by driving clear communication, collaborating with key contacts, and maintaining successful relationships.
  • Contribute a strategic point of view to help enhance creative ideas.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client’s core businesses
  • Manage AAE/AE with Director and GAD
  • Works with Account Director and client to uncover business needs and objectives
  • Works with Account Director to drive brand strategy and identifies/implements tactics to help achieve client objectives
  • Keeps team on schedule and on budget 
  • Seeks to make contribution beyond basic job requirements
 
Requirements:
 
  • 5-7 years of client management experience, at a traditional or interactive agency
  • Strong knowledge of TV, digital video and integrated campaign development process
  • Proven experience executing productions on time and in budget across multiple media channels (esp. TV, basic digital, radio, and design)
  • Demonstrates passion for mentorship and growth of AAE/AE
  • Creative thinking and strategic problem solving 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong client-service orientation 
  • Track record of leadership and working cross departments and with partner agencies
  • Proven ability to manage simultaneous projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines 
 
Salary:
The range for this role is $100-105K. Pay is dependent upon many factors ranging from experience, training, transferable skills, and business needs. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
