Community Manager

Deutsch’s Social team is constantly redefining what being a “social brand” means for our clients. Our CMs play a central role in leveraging platforms, technology and consumer behavior to cultivate a presence in culture for top US brands. 
We’re looking for a Community Manager with a passion for digital/social culture and sharp creative POVs. This role will concept, create, and present evergreen content ideas that support the brand’s overall goals, and will be on the lookout for new ways to make a brand stand out in culture.
Beyond evergreen content, the ideal candidate would be able to proactively identify a cultural opportunity on social and articulate it in a creative way.
On any given day you might:
         ●  Utilize social analytics tools like Sprinklr, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Brandwatch to identify conversations, engagement
              opportunities, and insights                                                                                         
         ●  Leverage social listening insights to inform creative briefs                        
         ●  Populate a Content Calendar with ideas for evergreen content
         ●  Develop copy for posts, 1:1 replies to consumers, or influencer engagement opportunities
         ●  Identify a cultural opportunity to increase our brand’s relevance, develop a creative write-up and present to clients
         ●  Collaborate with Account, Production, Creative, and Strategy to deploy evergreen, reactive and campaign content seamlessly 
         ● Keep track of social conversations and behaviors that are defining ‘culture’ on social, while continuing to update the team on latest trends 
The ideal candidate
         ●  Lives and breathes social media and actively participates on any of the most popular platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok,
         ●  Understands how social networks work inside and out, including the latest conversations, behaviors and content trends
         ●  Is a pro at presentation tools like Keynote/Google Drive, and social listening tools like Sprinklr & Brandwatch
         ●  Is both a creative and strategic thinker 
         ●  Has exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills   
         ●  Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
You bring                                                                                                                                                               
         ●  1+ years’ experience developing creative content for brands on social
         ●  A unique POV that will enrich our strategy department and shape how Deutsch thinks about social and culture
