Content Producer, Performance

As Content Producer, Performance, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of video formats at (approx.) 6 week project intervals to support the Performance Team’s always-on test/learn/optimize process. Projects range from post- producing traditional ad/video formats using existing footage to leading scrappy UGC- style shoots. You will be responsible for both supporting the Performance Team and owning your own productions through delivery. 
You should have a fundamental understanding of agency production processes and pipelines as well as a few projects under your belt (in the form of a reel). The right candidate for this role is able to post-produce, enjoys the hands-on process of content creation, and has a familiarity with tools, trends, and platforms (Meta, Google, YoutTube, and TikTok), etc.... 
We are looking for Producers ready to work with big brands, who enjoy the creativity and freedom of leading scrappier hands-on productions. The right person for this role has a creative point of view and the determination/ organization skills to bring any vision to life. Muti-hyphenates are welcome - this role offers an opportunity to both develop producing chops and practice another production-related skill at a high level (shooting, audio mixing, etc). 
Responsibilities: 
  • Work directly with all agency departments during production- Business Affairs, Creatives, Designers and Account Managers from creative concepting through final asset delivery 
  • Work closely with the design and motion graphic team to create dynamic brand animations. 
  • Learn to be a team player who also displays leadership abilities 
  • Develop initial estimates under the supervision of Creative Content Director, flag scope/budget concerns, and work with Account Team to develop and adhere to realistic production timelines. 
  • § Develop a strong working knowledge fo the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract, working with BA on talent estimates. 
  • Lead internal post production processes, including developing and presenting rough cuts, implementing and disbursing feedback, QC’ing cuts and updating presentation decks 
  • Lead post production finishing processes including collecting bids, managing the transfer of assets and coordinating timelines for VO recording, audio mix, color correction, and VFX with internal and external partners. 
  • Demonstrate communication and presentation skills with clients and the broader agency 
  • Craft the best creative solutions, while creating deliverables that are on- time and on budget. 
  • Share POV on how we implement the latest developments in tools, trends, and platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) to create new, engaging formats.

  • Develop relationships with partners and contacts across a variety of media; identify the right partners for the right assignments 
Requirements: 
  • 3-5+ years in an agency production role, with experience producing scrappier content-style productions 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a great, fast paced, multi-disciplinary team 
  • Enjoys hands-on production and post-production processes, enjoys producing a variety of short-form content at regular intervals 
  • Innovative thinking, and the ability to manage the quickly evolving production environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to listen, and apply learning to practical situations 
  • Exceptional organizational skills 
  • Access to a car/transportation 
Salary range for this role will be $75-80K, full-time, with top of the line benefits.
