Manager, Marketing Science

We have a need on our team for an analytics manager to support key clients. 

The right person for this job will blend exceptional analyst skills with succinct and actionable data storytelling. Experience telling stories with numbers in the following media areas is imperative: 
  • Paid search
  • Social media
  • Programmatic 
 
Responsibilities:
You have honed your data analysis skills but are now reaching into more advanced analytics. You dig deep into the mysteries of what more data can do for us and our clients—beyond what is asked of you but related to the clients’ objectives and challenges.
  • Ensure insights and observations are always communicated as actionable recommendations
  • Leverage multiple data sources and perform comprehensive analyses that concisely address client questions and issues
  • Own processes for the Marketing Science team and maintain relationships on other teams to support them
  • Present reporting to internal and client teams
 
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years experience in media analytics
  • Strong background in measurement planning and execution, creative performance, media optimization, and post-campaign analysis 
  • Ability to directly analyze data and see the trends and insights 
  • Technical skills to manipulate and analyze data (in Excel and Tableau) and clearly present complex information and recommendations in a variety of formats
  • Experience working closely with internal media teams to guide optimizations
  • Be able to advise on, manage, and clearly present KPIs and analytics
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Experience with ad-serving (e.g. Google DCM) and social platforms (FB Business Manager) a must
