The Deutsch is looking for a Strategy Director to join the Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio, working on Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, and Snapple. This position will be responsible for driving the brand strategies and help shape the future of these businesses.
The KDP businesses are complex and fast-paced, requiring someone who can operate independently, while knowing when and how to collaborate. This position will need to know brand strategy fundamentals, while being fluent in Connections and Social strategy to effectively partner with teammates.
This Strategy Director should be a dynamic, creative thinker, deep collaborator, confident presenter, and culturally tapped in
Responsibilities and Expectations
· You should be curious about people – these are consumer-first businesses with a priority of insight-mining, backed by data from various types of qual and quant research
· You should be tapped into culture - these are brands that want to lean into and create culture, with an understanding of social conversation and trends
· You should be relentless about performance - we track our work, partnering with analytics, ensuring it performs as we intended and work
· You should be able to go deep into the client’s businesses – understand their business objectives, how to set and evaluate KPIs, and how to articulate a path to success
· You should thrive on the creative work – inspiring it, making it better, selling it, and seeing it through to development
· You should be a true brand strategist, with a deep understanding of the fundamentals and tools, with a proficient knowledge in channel planning
· You should have a strong, research backed POV, and not be afraid to share it internally and with clients. This role is client facing and client collaborating, particularly from a research perspective
Compensation
Deutsch LA offers top of the line benefits, 401K, unlimited PTO and more. The salary range for this role is $170-$180K. Pay is dependent upon many factors ranging from experience, training, transferable skills, and business needs. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
